Bjørnådal Arkitektstudio is a recognized architectural office with broad experience and local roots in central Norway. About the position:
We are now looking for an experienced architect to join our creative team in a leading role. As our new employee, you will have the opportunity to influence and further develop the architectural studio into the future. We are looking for a candidate with at least 15 years' experience in architecture, who has a solid CV from completed projects and is well versed in the role of responsible SØK as well as management.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and implementation of major construction projects
Responsible applicant
Development of the architect studio's vision and projects
Management of teams and creative processes
Designing on a large and small scale
To bring new exciting projects to the architectural studio
Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of experience in architecture
Masters in Architecture
Solid knowledge of the Planning and Building Act
Project manager experience
You are confident and experienced in ArchiCAD
Plenty of experience in detail planning and Responsible APPLICATION
You understand the plan and the regulatory process
You have good leadership skills, organizational skills and communicate clearly
Solution-oriented and proactive
Interest in developing architecture, creating good solutions, and ability to see the whole in projects
