Cross-detached 4-man house with 4 apartments between 90 and 100m2 The project is located on Drammmen's south-facing valley side. Buildings are placed as close to the steepest slope of the plot as possible to free up as much natural area as possible for outdoor areas. The plot slopes south-west, which provides good solar conditions.

The project is a classic cross-divided 4-person home with a shared entrance and is located in a fringe zone with varied and complex buildings where the homes become a link between the different scales in the area. The facades will be made of brick and masonry.


The private outdoor recreation areas are balanced between conservation of natural land and provision for people with reduced mobility.

The outdoor recreation areas have areas that are accessible and arranged for the participation of people with reduced mobility, areas that are arranged for gardens and areas where you are in contact with untouched nature. This results in a project that both meets requirements for available housing and is well adapted to the natural areas.
